Why Flannel? Unlike rougher sherpa fleece, our flannel offers a microscopic, smooth pile surface. This acts as a high-definition canvas for our thermal transfer printing. Your photos render with stunning clarity and vibrancy, soaking deep into the fibers so the blanket feels uniformly soft, with no plasticky ink texture.
We solved the biggest annoyance of fleece. Our fabric undergoes a specialized combing process to remove loose short fibers. This means you can wash it, use it, and love it without the fabric developing those rough, unsightly pills. It stays baby-soft, wash after wash.
