Project Brief
To execute a full aesthetic conversion of the PlayStation 5 Slim (Digital Edition) chassis. This multi-panel vinyl system is engineered to function as a "second skin," completely supplanting the console's factory finish with a custom-commissioned, high-fidelity graphic overlay. The secondary objective is to provide a comprehensive protective layer against surface-level threats.
Material Analysis
The operational medium is a specialized PVC film featuring a matte, anti-glare finish. The key technology is its adhesive layer, which is micro-etched with air-release channels. This ensures a flawless, bubble-free application. The adhesive itself is a low-tack, repositionable formula, permitting error correction during installation and guaranteeing a clean, zero-residue removal when the operator chooses to decommission the skin.
Coverage Protocol: Total System Integration
The kit provides total system coverage. This includes precision-cut panels for the main chassis facings, top and bottom ventilation accents, side panels, and a complete wrap for one DualSense controller. Each panel is digitally mapped to the console's exact dimensions, ensuring zero interference with ports, buttons, or critical heat dissipation pathways.
Imaging Process
Your submitted graphic is rendered via high-resolution digital print and then sealed beneath a transparent, anti-oxidative laminate. This protects the image from UV degradation and minor abrasions, locking in color vibrancy for the duration of its deployment.
